Our Policies

We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have enabled the policies below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our policies.

Booking Policies

No Shows

Failing to show up for your reserved appointment will result in being charged 50% of the total regular service price. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment within 6 hours of your reserved time.

Late Arrivals

Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in reception area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service as most appointments are only 15 minutes long. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however arriving late may result in a shortened service or having to reschedule. We never want to rush your experience with us.

Walk-Ins

We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same day appointments. Feel free to call and ask to be put on our cancellation list for any last minute cancellations.

Group Bookings

With groups larger than 4 people, we may require a deposit to book your appointment. Cancellations and changes must be made a minimum of 24-hours in advance otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the total price for the services booked will be charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Policies

Retail Products

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our skin devices for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange them within 30 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. You may return unopened skin care and makeup products in original packaging within 7 days for an exchange or store credit (on a giftcard)

Services

Body and Brow strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with services provided. If you are displeased with your service, please bring it to the attention of your technician prior to leaving our studio so they may have the opportunity to correct the situation. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of management, you will be eligible to receive a complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to “make it right”. We do not provide refunds for services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a follow-up service. Pictures may be requested for documentation. 

Spa Policies

Cell Phones

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and electronics to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in a softer voice once you enter into the treatment area.  This is a great time to unplug and recharge for our guests. 

Children

For the safety of your child, and the enjoyment of our guests, no children are allowed in the facility unless they are receiving a service. Any minor children (under the age of 12) receiving services, must be accompanied by an adult. In addition, please ensure that your child can contribute to our stress-free environment. For many, this is precious “me” time. We will be happy to reschedule your services if this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

Forms Of Payment

We accept cash or American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment.
