We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have enabled a cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file may be charged, according to the policy below:
Appointments will be charged 50% of the total regular service price. For microblading appointments, a 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in this time frame, you will forfeit your booking deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment after failing to comply with the 48 hour cancellation notice, you will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book. No Showing your allotted time will result in a 50% fee of your total cost ($450) and you will forfeit your booking deposit. Perfecting appointments (included in the initial price) are crucial to your finished results and must be completed within 4-8 weeks of receiving your service. If you fail to make your perfecting service within this time range, you will have to pay an additional fee for it. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Please allow yourself enough time to locate us and have a couple minutes to sit and relax in the waiting area. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment start time, we may not have enough time to complete your service as most appointments are only 15 minutes long. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same day appointments, although typically our schedule does not allow for it unless there are cancellations. Feel free to call and ask to be put on our cancellation list for any last minute appointment opportunities.
As much as we would love having visits from our four legged friends, unfortunately the State Heath Board does not have those same fuzzy feelings. Know that it hurts our hearts when we say please leave your fur babies at home. (but give them extra snuggles later)
We adore your children, and we want to keep them safe! Hot wax, chemicals, and dangerous tools are all too familiar in our area of expertise. We also want to maintain an quiet, tranquil space to dedicate an excellent, relaxing, kid free service to you and all other clients. If they must come with you, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the lobby. No children will be allowed in technician rooms, no exceptions. All unattended children will be given Red Bull and a box of kittens.
We take your privacy seriously. Body and Brow Boutique may collect personal identifiable information when you use automatic booking. We will never sell nor share your personal information to anyone.
As a privacy measure, front desk support and technicians are not allowed to discuss services, past and present to anyone other than the person receiving them. Please let us know in advance if there is someone that you would like to share any information with, so we may have it for our records.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a boutique credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any future products or services.
